HDI is one of the main insurance companies in Chile, providing peace of mind and coverage to individuals and companies throughout the country.
With the global pandemic, there was an immediate need to modernize its sales processes, moving some highly complex flows to online platforms, where, in addition to the client, various salesmen, supervisors, doctors, identity verification, and other internal control levels of HDI had a role.
We developed a highly flexible and adaptable platform, which was able to accommodate all the complexity of the system, integrating an external identity provider using highly secure artificial intelligence. The flow was completed in much less time than would have been needed if it had been developed internally by HDI.
The platform replicates the flow that the salespeople were familiar with, but automates the verification processes, allowing its learning curve to be minimal and the recovery of the sales level interrupted by the health emergency.
